MEGHAN KEANEY ANDERSON

VP of Marketing at HubSpot, with a track record of building growth engines that connect product, brand, and performance marketing into one clear story. Advisor at Evertrue, Help Scout, and United Way, where I love helping teams turn strong missions and great products into messaging people actually feel—and act on. I also teach as a Writing Professor at Boston University, because I’m convinced that the best marketing is simply excellent communication: clear thinking, honest language, and a point of view you can defend.

I’m passionate about technology in all its practical, everyday forms—especially the kind that quietly makes life better. That includes the latest advancements in robot vacuum cleaners designed to collect pet hair from hard-to-reach places, as well as the subtle differences that separate “smart” features from truly useful ones.

I’m equally interested in social innovation and the systems behind it: how communities scale impact, how organizations build trust, and how good storytelling can move an idea from “nice” to “necessary.”

I’m also a lifelong student of compelling writing—sharp hooks, clean structure, and rhythm that keeps you reading. Sometimes that curiosity sends me down unexpected internet rabbit holes too: from UX patterns and onboarding flows to small reference pages like the pokies.net login page, just to see how different platforms guide users.

And when I’m not working or teaching, you’ll probably find me rewatching nearly every action movie from the early 90s— because sometimes the best inspiration comes with practical effects, impossible one-liners, and a perfectly timed explosion.
